TC Care global provide services to band users aged:
18 - 65 and 65+
TC Care global offers a variety of Home Care services tailored to meet individual needs. These include:
Personal care (such as getting up and putting to bed, personal hygiene, toileting and continence care).
Dressing
Washing and bathing
Oral care
Prompting/Overseeing medication
Food/Meals Preparation
General help (such as shopping, housework, running errands etc.)
Supporting clients with daily living tasks.
Overnight sleep-over stay/waking night o Assistance with mobility or getting out and about
Supporting independence and choice (wherever possible and where it is safe to do so)
Companionship and support
Assistance with daily exercise, hobbies and interests
Support with managing household bills

What are we looking for?
We are seeking competent female homecare workers to improve the lives of those in need of extra support across the Northumberland areas You must speak good English and be easily understood. A lot of our clients have impaired hearing and can suffer from dementia and other ailments. And hold a valid UK driving licence.
What is the role?
You may be helping people maintain their usual morning and evening routine Ensuring they have a healthy meal and stay hydrated Supporting them with their shopping, attending appointments, in the community, etc Supporting and prompting people to take their assigned medication. Supporting people to maintain their home to ensure their home is clean and safe. Driving to your regular clients and building positive relationships with them.
Shifts & Working Day
You will need to be available a mixture of mornings, weekends and every other weekend between the hours of 0700-2100. This will not suit people who can only start work at 0900 and finish at 1430. Shifts can run 0700-1900, 0600-1430 and 1530-2100 depending on your availability. You will receive lunch breaks and other entitlements throughout your shift. Our shift times are based around the needs of our clients, not around the availability of or staff so please ensure you are available for some examples of shift times provided otherwise you will be wasting your own time by applying.
Experience
We provide all training so you don’t need to have previous experience in this role. Some of our best workers actually came to us with no previous care experience. You will receive training, an induction and shadowing shifts along with regular supervisions to ensure you are continually developing. You will be paid a very competitive rate for your efforts.
Pay
- Overtime available.
- Monthly pay.£15th of every month.
- Free enhanced DBS provided if you don’t have one.
- £12.54 per hour
- £0.45/mile (mileage)
